The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) has learned with great sadness the sudden passing away of Mr K Y To, Chairman of the Life Insurance Council.
 
Mr To has made tremendous contributions to the insurance industry over the years. He will be remembered particularly for his untiring efforts in helping to enhance the professional standards and ethics of insurance intermediaries and safeguard the interests of the insuring public. We are in mourning for him and have conveyed our deepest condolences and sympathies to his family and colleagues for the profound loss of this bright man.
